 In a landmark move, Maryam Nawaz, newly appointed Chief Minister of Punjab, has initiated transformative changes within her first 100 days in office, focusing significantly on agricultural development. Under her leadership, Punjab's Agricultural Transformation Program has seen unprecedented strides, with a substantial budget allocation of 64.61 billion rupees for agricultural development in the 2024-25 annual budget. Key initiatives include the Chief Minister Green Tractor Scheme, providing 20,000 tractors at subsidized rates, and the CM Punjab Kisan Card offering interest-free loans totaling 150 billion rupees to support farmers' needs.


Furthermore, the administration aims to distribute 25,000 agricultural machineries over two years and has launched educational programs in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and IT sectors. Additionally, sports promotion and scholarships for students underscore the government's commitment to holistic development across Punjab. Maryam Nawaz's visionary approach is set to redefine agricultural practices and drive economic growth, positioning Punjab as a model for sustainable development in Pakistan.
