Shaheen-II ballistic missile: Pakistan conducts successful training launch

 


Pakistan has successfully conducted a training launch of the Shaheen-II Ballistic Missile, marking a significant achievement in its defense capabilities. The launch was part of a routine exercise designed to train troops, validate technical parameters, and evaluate the performance of the missile’s subsystems. The aim was to ensure enhanced accuracy and survivability.

Senior officials from the Strategic Plans Division and Army Strategic Forces Command, along with scientists and engineers from key strategic organizations, witnessed the launch. The Director General of the Strategic Plans Division praised the team for their technical expertise and dedication.

President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and military leaders also commended the team for their contribution to Pakistan’s defense. While the missile’s range remains classified, this successful launch underscores Pakistan’s commitment to maintaining robust defense capabilities and ensuring national security.
