UAE Stands With Lebanon: Humanitarian Aid Efforts Continue

The UAE has once again demonstrated its commitment to global humanitarian efforts through the ‘UAE Stands With Lebanon’ campaign. Under the leadership of President Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, 37 tonnes of essential provisions for women and children were recently sent to Lebanon, adding to the 375 tonnes of aid already provided.

This initiative reflects the UAE’s dedication to helping countries in crisis, with a special focus on the most vulnerable. The supplies include food, medical equipment, and sheltering items aimed at easing the hardships of Lebanese citizens facing the ongoing humanitarian crisis.

The UAE's commitment to Lebanon is not just limited to material aid. President Sheikh Mohamed has also pledged $100 million for additional humanitarian relief, along with $30 million to assist Lebanese refugees in Syria. This continuous support underscores the strong bond between the two nations and highlights the UAE's role in promoting peace, stability, and compassion on the global stage.
